Color My World

There is a series that I love on ABC called Miss Fisher's murder mysteries. I love me a good mystery and I absolutely love Miss Fisher's fashion. Her shoes though! they are super feminine but at the same time look really comfortable, ladies how many of you know what I am talking about, shoes that you can look cute in but can still wear all day (living the dream huh)? I was sort of going with a 60's vibe on this one, hope you guys like it.

By the way I am still doing the work on self, in my last blog-post here I talked a little bit about the book I am currently reading and those who are on my Facebook here have been seeing some quotes sprinkled around the page from the book. I will be making a video on some really life changing lessons I am learning so come on over to Facebook here and check it out next week if you are curious. I would love to hear about what you  are currently reading, please leave a comment below. Till next time stay beautiful guys.

Fashion Wishlist

So in this post I am going to basically pick some pieces based on the fashion trends. As the year progresses most of my looks will be picked mainly based on the trends. So here goes :-)

1. Florals

My recommendation:

2. Bra Top
3. Stripes

I have a friend of mine who is a makeup artist based in Perth WA and she does an awesome job. I had the privilege of having her do my makeup this week you can follow her on Instagram here. As you can see from my photos I looked like a swan, I couldn't get myself to put up the before photos because trust me it was quite a transformation :-). I looked so different that I actually didn't want to take the makeup off you can see a video I made on my Facebook page here. While my makeup transformed my outer self I began to think how I also needed to change my inner self. I remember a conversation I had with a friend once who was saying that it is important to read a lot of books, get information, learn as many skills as you can to in a way transform yourself be it in incremental steps each day, each year.  Apparently there is nothing like getting lucky but hard work paying off, and so each book you read, each class you take, each skill you learn is like an arrow in your quiver, a soldier in your army to use when needed. So how many soldiers have you hired so far? Are you ready? Stay inspired guys, till next time, Cheers!

So Christmas is around the corner and you need to buy a present for your co-worker for the secret Santa tradition that has been in your workplace for centuries (apparently!). You can't break the tradition and be that one person who is not a team player, although it might be very tempting to simply go buy a $2 mug from the dollar store up the road please don't, I am sure even though it is supposed to be a "secret" your co-workers will look for you and they will find you (In Liam Neeson, Taken voice). So please help yourself and avoid all that drama below are a couple of ideas that could really make a unique gift for your coworker. Till next time, cheers!
